Account Terms
This notice references the same defined terms used on the account terms page — account, balance, lobby, supported regions — so you don't see one phrase here and a different one two clicks away.
This is the m3toto legal page — the place we set out how our account terms, eligibility rules and platform policies work for you in Indonesia. We've written...
We operate m3toto as a private brand and offer lobby access where local law permits. If you're signing in from Indonesia, your account is held under our standard terms, which cover identity checks, age confirmation, and the conditions under which we can pause or close an account. We update this notice when our supported regions change, when a regulator asks us to
clarify wording, or when we add new account features. You agree to the current version each time you sign in, so it's worth a fresh read after any product update we email you about. Disputes follow the resolution path written into our terms, starting with our policy desk.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
Reach us through the channels we keep staffed for legal and account-policy questions.
Send account-policy queries, terms clarifications or jurisdiction questions to our policy desk inbox. We answer in English or Bahasa Indonesia, usually within one business day from Jakarta hours.
Open chat from any signed-in screen and ask for the policy team. The agent will route your message to the right reviewer if it touches account terms, identity checks or closure requests.
For formal notices, complaints or regulator-routed correspondence, our registered address and reference format are listed inside your account under the Legal tab once you've completed identity confirmation.
Editorial signals behind the wording on this page.
Our policy team revisits this notice every quarter, and immediately when a regulator in a supported region updates its wording. The latest revision date is shown at the foot of your account terms screen.
We draft in plain English first, then translate to Bahasa Indonesia. If a clause reads ambiguously to a non-lawyer on our team, it gets rewritten before it ships to your account screen.
Every change is signed off by a named policy lead and a product lead. We keep an internal change log so we can show you exactly what shifted between two versions of the notice.
Wording specific to Indonesia is reviewed alongside local counsel familiar with e-wallet flows like DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS, so account guidance lines up with how you actually fund your balance.
Older versions of this notice stay accessible from inside your account for twelve months, so you can check the terms that were live on the day a specific question or dispute first came up.
Once a year an outside reviewer checks our policy pages against the product we actually ship. Their findings feed straight into the next quarterly update we publish here.

This notice references the same defined terms used on the account terms page — account, balance, lobby, supported regions — so you don't see one phrase here and a different one two clicks away.
Data handling sits on our privacy page. This legal notice only points to it; we don't restate privacy clauses, which keeps both pages shorter and easier to keep current.
Tracking, session cookies and analytics tags are covered separately on the cookie notice. We link out from here rather than duplicate the table of cookie purposes you'll find there.
Rules about funding your balance through DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS sit on the payments policy. This page only carries the jurisdiction wording that frames those payment rules.
Account closure, dormancy and reactivation rules are mirrored word-for-word between this legal notice and the account settings screen, so the terms you read match the buttons you click.
The complaints flow described here matches the steps shown in the in-lobby chat script. If our agent quotes a step, you'll find that same step written on this page.
All our policy pages share one revision calendar. When this notice is refreshed, sibling pages are checked the same week so the suite stays internally consistent.
Visible elements that shape how the legal side of m3toto reads on your screen.
Each clause sits under a short heading you can scan in one pass. We resist legal-jargon headings so you can find eligibility, jurisdiction or closure in the same second you think of the word.
The footer of this page shows the date of the last edit and the initials of the reviewer who signed it off. If the date looks old, ask our policy desk what's in the next refresh.
Long clauses get anchor links so support agents can send you to the exact paragraph instead of asking you to scroll. The anchor stays stable across revisions where the wording allows.
A language switch sits at the top right so you can flip between English and Bahasa Indonesia. Both versions are policy-equivalent; the English text governs where a translation conflict appears.
A printable view strips the lobby chrome so you can save or print the notice for your own records. The printable file carries the same revision date as the on-screen version.
At the foot of the page, a change log link opens a short list of what shifted in each revision. We summarise edits in one line each, so you can skim a year of changes in under a minute.
